Photographs and stories featuring community members are published only with consent, and with guardian consent for anyone under 18.
Young people under 18
Forms involving youth participation must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. We collect the minimum information necessary for safety, supervision and emergency contact.
Information about minors is access-restricted, is never published, and is used only for program participation, safety and required reporting.
Adults in mentoring or youth-facing roles are subject to screening and training requirements.

Submissions are stored in a secure database with access controls, so only authorized Da Center staff and board-designated administrators can view them.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was given, or as required by law or funders.
Payments
Da Center does not collect or store payment card information on this website. When online giving becomes available, it will be processed by a hosted, PCI-compliant payment provider.
