Da Center is the public-facing name of TreMari's Da Center Community Outreach Inc.. We are deliberately not publishing tax-exempt status wording, an EIN, determination-letter language or any statement about the deductibility of gifts until the organization's IRS documentation is finalized and approved for public use. When it is, the exact wording and supporting documentation will be posted here.

Until then, Da Center does not accept online card payments on this website. The support page records giving interest and a person follows up directly, so no one gives before the organization can properly acknowledge it.

Leadership and governance

Dominique Fant serves as Founder & Founding Chair. Da Center is actively building its founding board; board members are listed publicly as they are seated, and board service is open to community members who apply.

How we handle your information

• Every form goes into a private, role-restricted staff system — not a shared public inbox — and each type of submission is stored separately.
• Personal information is never published on this website, and we do not sell or trade contact information.
• Information involving minors is handled with additional care, including guardian contact where appropriate.
• Community feedback can be submitted anonymously, with no name or contact details required.
• No card or bank information is collected on this site. When online giving opens, it will run through a hosted, PCI-compliant payment provider.
